So, Eight Degrees will be out of the contract brewing game altogether from next month -- they're just finishing up the last kegs and bottles for 5 Lamps. I've removed Baile and Muckish from the A-Z as I've not seen them in ages and I think we can class them as defunct without a brewery.
5 Lamps tells me that the canned lager was indeed brewed at C&C's plant in Clonmel and that will be the new home for all the lager for at least the summer of 2015, pending a review in the autumn.

I meant to say, as part of contacting breweries for the Killarney gig, I marked them on my list in red indicating they are probably gone. Domain name expired, I messaged them on twitter the other week and got no response so it's a safe bet they never got anywhere.
