Thread title a bit misleading too. This is a private members bill from a TD who isn't in govt. In reality tap rooms are as far away as they ever were.

Will someone contact Alan to add in Wine producers/Vineyards/

The opening paragraph could be interpreted as to include them but probably better to be explicit!

"breweries and distilleries and similar premises"

I have contacted Alan Kelly with a few points. The same times as off-licences are what we are looking for and also I mentioned wine, though it's not technically in Beoir's remit.
I also offered our help with any consumer questions he might have.

Will see if I get a response.
