biertourist Topic Author Offline Posts: 3112	An overly large addition of brewing salts would account for the salty taste and would also account for the difference in the salty tastes between the 77 Lager and the Trashy Blonde as different salts will give you a different taste. -Anyone have any taste descriptors for the most commonly used brewing salts?
