Though they are selling beer commercially at Alltech so should count as a commercial operation. And the oatmeal stout gets my vote for Irish beer of the year so far.

Hugos pills is brewed just outside Charleville in Cork it has been available on draft at a few festivals and is really good. I have also heard they have acquired a bottling plant. Don't know the name of the brewery though. They are still doing market research and building up stock .

Sarah is holding off on the brewery until a local competition finishes (which offers free premises and utilities for a year). Right now she's brewing with Blacks of Kinsale.
