The photographs may be from then, but I doubt the beer currently on tap is. I've sent an email to the Persistence info address asking for information but no response yet. Somebody did suggest that there might be a connection to The Harbour Bar/Peninsula Brewing in Howth. Does anybody know if that kit is up and running yet?
