Off his FB,

"Things Done Changed" - Our first beer! A nod to Biggie and the fact that things have indeed changed. This is an Imperial Red Ale, brewed with loads of Melanoidin malt and Special B for a big chewy mouthfeel, finishing with a crisp roast bitterness to prevent the sweetness from getting cloying. Launching this week in keg and cans!

I don't think we've mentioned Dew Drop Brewhouse on this (where's the search box?) but it's now operational in Kill.

Apologies for mentioning this here so late, but in County Down, Modest Brewing in Holywood and Twisted Kettle in Donaghadee now operational.

I had seen a couple of references to a brewery at The Slieve Bloom Inn in Kinnity, Co. Offaly. Simon Broderick has published some details about it on his blog now.
