My embittered state compels me adopt a stance similar to that of the government on the binge drinking issue, i.e reactionary and without rational basis; The ESRI has announced that economic growth will drop to its lowest in 20 years over the next 12 months. Sneaky afternoon pintage is clearly the cause of this slow down, and all those who participate in this anti social excercise should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
