I must've mixed the process up with one of the homebrew shops.
drinkstore clarified by mail and when I got to visit last Sunday (kid in a candyshop....) (Un)luckily his credit card line was down, kind of a double edged sword!!

@monkstownhoop, if you haven't had any further discussion with blackrock cellar, I spoke to Graham (its Ross who's in charge of beers, but I'll catch him at the weekend) yesterday and they said they would be receptive to providing something, so I can forge ahead and send an update as soon as I hear back, if thats OK with you/all.
