Marris otter , dark crystal with a touch of chocolate. SImples. Would have kept the IBU's around 20 myself. Mash quite low (64) to keep it thin. Would be a lovely one to have on cask.

would like EKG or bramling cross rather than fuggles, just to add a bit of interest. Bramling Cross dry hop actually rather tasty with mild

Bramling Cross would would be a nice addition.

Okay, checking with the brewers. I am trying to find someone who will be at Killarney. Had to drop one candidate so far, in contact with another and have one as backup right now.
