Messr's in Bottles 19 years 1 month ago #1

Just got 2 Messrs beers at Redmonds of Ranelagh.
They have a porter (5%) and a bock (6.5%). They are both bottle-conditioned.

I enjoyed both but thought the porter was very good! I'll definitely be back for more.

I got to try those at the well last saturday. The porter is excellent. I hope we see more of their stuff on the shelves soon.

got a bottle of the porter yesterday in redmonds, what a shop, hadn't been there in years. went on a porter frenzy just to have a compare and contrast evening, got the st peters cream stout and porter and the fullers london porter too. will report back when i've done that. one thing, from a branding viewpoint of the messers is that you have to actually look hard on the bottle to find out what type of beer it is, it's only mentioned on the cap which i think is a mistake as a description of the beer on the lable would be better.
