That David Nutt, well his name says it all really, he must be off his nut.

I think I will be applying for a ban on alcohol once the law comes into power.

It couldn't possibly be argued against on a harm reduction basis and the other point is that they don't have anywhere near the amount of empirical data on the harms of any other substance that they do on alcohol

At the least it will expose the hypocrisy and double standard.

Another side effect I see from that bill is the possibility that we will have to get ingredients printed on cigarettes and also on alcohol.

You would have to be very juevenile to try this. So I am ideal.

You could make a complaint about a dogy substance like Myristicin[/url:2xdcktyi] then when it gets banned point out that it is a major active ingredient in something not considered dodgy[/url:2xdcktyi]

On the basis that the UK Government sacked Mr Nutt for claiming empirical evidence contravened current government policy, Id be pretty surprised if the Irish government would be inclined to listen to fact based reason...

I like the tack on nutmeg, it was one of the ones I considered myself, but it's more prevalent as a substance in mace, the skin of the nutmeg.

Then you can move on to cinnamon
MDMA precursor saffrol[/url:2q8flp56]
It is a precursor to MDMA and is present in most of the Xmas seasonings, hence the happy season and the happy seasonings.
It's in a higher percentage in that tree but is also present in the common or garden cinnamon.
