I had a UK brewing consultant mention that he was heading to Ireland to work with a craft brewer here last week, so I'm curious if this is where he was going.

(But I also peered into the BrewLab test lab and noticed bottles from an Irish micro sitting on the shelf in the testing queue, so I have a good guess and my first guess wouldn't be the new guys in Rathmullan...

Having said all that this guy does specialize in Brewery Engineering / planning the physical brewery equipment and installing it so this is a possibility, too...
