Can anybody confirm the Cotton Ball?? I'm sorry, but if you've been to the Cotton Ball (or even [i:31ji15gt]near[/i:31ji15gt] the Cotton Ball) it just does not seem like a craft beer place, let alone a good location for a brewpub. Then again, perhaps I'm wrong.

If you'd like to follow our build, which is now underway have a look at us on FB, I plan to keep an updated page showing how we are progressing, we had many hoops to jump through but it was worth it, now the real work begins. Logo and branding is almost complete.

According to the Cork City planning website, they have applied for permission to "convert a section of the existing basement storage area into a Micro Brewery and associated site works".

My guess is that it's more a cost-saving enterprise than anything else.
