Great British Beer Festival, Trade session tickets 14 years 10 months ago #31

I've decided not to go, as the logistics just weren't working for me. I would have only have been there for the opening day, and it would have been quite expensive. I'm going for four days now instead, in a couple of weeks. I don't think it will be much more expensive, and I can drink at a more leisurely pace.

I will try to get to the GBBF next year instead.

Enjoy it, if you are going!

this all sounds super, but unfortunately I won't be able to stick around. Take lots of photos and write a report!

That's a pretty tight schedule you set yourself - Windsor is about a half an hour by train, isn't it? There'll be no dallying.

Yeap, its actually a bit worse - I used to work around there for a couple of years. I believe you have to go back in to get the train out - I think Windsor is a different line. On the plus side - its all on the A4/M4 - about £20 in a taxi

The fullers brewery is off the chiswick roundabout - I dont know if you guys watched alan partridge and 'knowing me, knowing you' but in one famous seen he loses roger moore on the chicwick roundabout - its quite hilarious
