I love the eisbock, had it at the Franciscan well Belgian beer festival on a few occasions, very strong but very nice. I'm no good on cities though as I'm rarely let out of the peoples republic.

Just so ye know, I've had the Eisbock in Porterhouse Temple Bar and Bray. Whether its always in stock or not is another matter. Its not on their menu....sure they only put beer on the menu that they [i:2f2yyvl4]don't[/i:2f2yyvl4] have in stock <!-- s:roll: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_rolleyes.gif" alt="" title="Rolling Eyes" /><!-- s:roll: -->

Copenhaagen is also a good spot for beer (at least I've enjoyed it the two times I've visited), although a bit pricey. See Jake's recent article[/url:3rroqgrd], as well as others in the Travel section[/url:3rroqgrd].

Bamberg is a really nice beer City. One of the nicest places I've been to and it has 8 Breweries all with in walking distance of each other. Some really nice beers.
Home of Schlenkerla Rauchbier!!

Prague is also really nice and has some great beer. And its quite cheap too which is always a plus.

Bruges is a lovely place too, some great beer to be had.
