It's essential for bittering hops, less of a factor, but still relevant for flavour/aroma hops.

The point is, if you're spending €30 on a brew you don't want to risk messing up the bitterness of the brew just to save a euro on hops.

Screw saving money, I would pay extra for very fresh aroma hops. But yes, even for aroma hops I need to know the alpha content.

An the process of dry will and even more so if your expecting people to pay for it
