That sculpture was created before Barry put up his illustrated guide on how you are actually supposed to do it. It works a treat though.

And there will be a follow up article on building a separate mash tun out of an old fermentor. It will also involve muslin and there is likely to be [b:3txwpa3t]even more[/b:3txwpa3t] duct tape.
