I was in Oliver St. John Gogartys with an American friend of mine who wanted to see the "famous" temple bar, I was SHOCKED to say the least when after i ordered a pint of kilkenny and a pint bottle of bulmers I was presented with a receipt that read "pint kilkenny €6.40, Large Bulmers 7.60",

Fourteen fuckin euro for 2 pints, thats a joke,

lol, I was in shock, paid on my laser and didnt see the amount until it was processed so I drank the pint but made a mental note to rant to everyone I see for the next couple of months,

Poor tourists, over in Dublin for a nice weekend or whatever and end up gettin even more ripped off than unusual
