Dont know if this is news to anyone but me, but Dunnes in bishopstown have bottles of Blacks Rocketship IPA. e3.55 for 500ml bottle so pretty good value for a 6.5% beer. Im crap at describing beers by taste but i liked it and will buy it again. Would love to try a dry hopped version

New beers:

Northbound - Kölsch style beer. Came off the bottling line on Saturday afternoon and was tasting very nice. Quite close in style to the Cologne originals anyway. Possibly needed a little more fizz but that'll be corrected in the next run I'm told.

And from Galway Bay.

"Our upcoming Spring release, Desperate Mile. A citrus driven, US hopped sour will be the perfect companion to the sun! Hopefully hitting all fine off licences this by early next week!"

9 White Deer also have a gluten free beer out as well, Saor. I'd assume they used that gluten denaturing enzyme biertourist posted about[/url:2g9hq0f4] last year. Would be interesting to try it blind alongside a few other beers to see if people can spot it.

The GBB sour is the one that was in the tank when I visited (I think) to talk about Heathen.
