Galway Hooker seem to have set their old fermenters up in front of the new ones so I'll assume that means more small special batches from here on in.

Dark Lager being kegged in those photos. Delivered already to Galway and Dublin pubs.

[Warning: Style pedantics ahead.]

Not strictly true: Kinnegar labels it as an "American Wheat Beer", which should lump it in with beauties like Little Sumpin' Sumpin' or Bell's Oberon.
A White IPA is a wit - herb and peel additions included - with lots of hops. I don't think any commercial example have made it to Ireland.

The key difference is the yeast: clean American v spicy Belgian.

In practice, White Rabbit doesn't taste much like any of these, but that's neither here nor there....

White Hag have a white IPA, which uses a estery/phenoly wheat beer yeast, which is probably closer to Belgian than American in character.

Forgot that one because I haven't seen it since the RDS in September. But it is/was lovely: lemon + pepper yeast with lots of fruity hops.
