Just putting it out there, it's time we talked about a 3rd collaboration. Any ideas, suggestions? Post them here.

It's unlikely if we could have anything done and arranged for the RDS in March. Shame.

What brewery's were interested. O'Hara's and Gwalway hooker both expressed interest before.
Should be go with a new start up like #1 ?

No way to get ready for March no but September is possible if we are quick enough.

If we were aiming for September it would really give us time to get a recipe together and even get a trial batch or 2 plus tastings done.
1. Choose brewery.
2. See what style they would be willing to brew.
3. Design and test brew the recipe.
4. Tweak
5. Brew on big boy kit.
6. Promote and post on social media etc.



What styles would people like to see this one being?

There's at least 3 breweries that want to collab with us (probably more).

The first I'd aim for is a beer for the Killarney beer fest at the end of May- we should do this collab with a west coast brewer.

Then with Carlow for an ICBCF collab.

Then finally something nice, dark, and caskable at the end of the year as a seasonal/Christmas collab.
