Just to revisit this, since obviously there are a fair number of Hope beers out there now (saison, IPA, session pale ale, blond?)...
A couple of friends had a tour out in Howth several months ago and were told that contract brewing was being done for them by Wicklow Wolf, but that the plan was that they would be up and running themselves by about [now].
Looked at the label of the session pale ale yesterday, and it indicates they're brewing themselves these days.. But I have an earlier bottle of Handsome Jack (IPA) that doesn't really specify.... Guessing that was a contract brew batch.
Anyway... Had a few pints of Passifyoucan, the blond, on tap at Harry Byrne's and thought that it and the Session Ale were quite good. The Handsome Jack not so much, one of the murkier beige beers I've had in recent times...
