I'm pleases to announce that Radikale is looking to move on to phase 2 of our plan. Phase one was to create a brand and launch some beers to test the water as a contract brewer. That phase worked pretty well but due to much success with our brewing partner we quickly found ourselves unable to brew regularly enough to keep it sustainable.

So we have to advance phase 2 early. Today we launched a fundraising campaign on Seedrs. It is an equity for cash campaign. We are selling 25% or our company for €170,000.

It is your chance to own part of a brewery and since we are also registered with the employment and investment incentive program, all investments of at least €250 will qualify for a tax rebate of 30%.

Could you please explain in simple terms what the deal is all about?

I have looked at the seedrs website, even passed the investor test but am not quite sure what you are offering - other than the short term offers.

Thank you for you interest. Along with our rewards, we are looking at two options to reward investors.
1 A buy back. After a three year period, provided the company has traded profitably, an Irish investor has the option of offering his shares to the company to be bought back at his/her original investment amount. No tax is payable on this redemption.

2 Dividends: After 3 years in business provided the company has traded profitably we plan on paying dividends to investors Provided they do not sell us back their shares.

Radikale is selling equity to build a brewery. We are looking to raise €170,000 in exchange for 25% of the company.

You can invest as little as €10 euro with no maximums. We will end the fund raising when we reach the limit of €170.000.

If we do not reach the funding goal, all investments will be returned to you.

What is in it for you?
