My lot? Who are my lot? American wine magazines? Top 25 list?

As Adeptus says, what's wrong with, like, "the best beer"?

lists 16 years 4 months ago #23

The list was from a wine magazine, right? The strong presence of pumpkin ales and few other beers from afar isn't too far-fetched for an American wine magazine to be honest considering "availability, [b:1bzp2jqp]buzz[/b:1bzp2jqp], and balance." Lists sound more like a wine thing than a beer thing to me personally. But to be fair, we do make alot of lists and rankings as Americans for some reason.
Hop onto the forums at [url:1bzp2jqp]http://www.beeradvocate.com[/url:1bzp2jqp] if you want discussions and rows about lists and 'best-ofs'-I'd prefer to spend my time trying, brewing, and drinking beer instead.

Hmmm... I guess an "at appropriate serving temperature"-one doesn't have the same ring to it, eh? <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Don't get me started. How a straight up (and quite good) IPA like Racer 5 is suddenly a "American-Style Strong Pale Ale" is beyond me.
