Add to the list Barrahooley brewery from just outside Martinstown, Co Antrim.

Currently selling a pale ale and black IPA in the locality with a red ale and dry stout to come very soon.

You're not the only one Steve. I've become aware in the past few days. Sam the brewer told me he's been deliberately keeping a low-ish profile.

Northbound are getting their bottling line delivered this week and should be bottling a Kölsch once that's up and running. Had a taste out of the fermenter and it's pretty decent.
