Food & Wine Magazine: July/August issue out now 17 years 5 days ago #1

The latest issue of Food & Wine Magazine has just come out and has a feature on blind-tasting Irish craft beer, starring Bog_Myrtle, n1mbus, sbillings, Session and me (pages 62-64).

The pictures look great: someone at the office really knows their way around Photoshop

Just one glaring error: The Porterhouse is given credit for Friar Weisse, removing all reference to the Franciscan Well (edit: well, almost: n1mbus plugs them in his paragraph). I think a full feature in a later issue would be appropriate recompense...

By coincidence the other half picked up a copy this morning (she's in to cooking but learning to appreciate beer).

The second page of the article has ratings but the scores don't seem to have been applied to any of the beers. Printing error ?

Still, I disagree with numerical ratings of beer in principle, so no protest from me
