This might be a hard questions to answer, but does anyone have figures for "typical" weekly beer sales in an urban pub, or know where this information might be obtained?
I'm particulary interested in number of kegs / week etc.

Don't know where you'd get the figures but could you stroll through an urban area on a delivery day and count all the empty kegs sitting outside?

Or you could just ask the cellarman of a pub.
