Bought some of this is Asda in Enniskillen yesterday.

This tastes of absolutely nothing to me. In fact I found it so tasteless that I poured most of it down the sink and went off to have some lovely Galway Hooker.

with all the success they have with their stout, how the hell can they not get another beer to be successful, especially considering their financial muscle!

probably cos everyone expects a different beer to taste like Guinness stout, and when it doesn't its called 'muck' and never bought again

I wouldn't expect a lager to taste anything like a stout. In fact I'd hope it wouldn't!

I thought at the time that Breo was quite drinkable and would be partial to the odd pint if it was still available

The stupid name probably contributed to its downfall tho.

with breo, maybe people werent ready for a white beer....with the likes of hoegaarden, paulaner and erdinger being pretty popular here now, maybe breo would have stood a better chance if it was coming onto the market now. I never got to try it, would have loved to have given it a go!
