I have been trying to add a pub to the directory but I find every time I click on the directory I am shown as being logged out, therefore I can't add anything. If I click on Community I am shown as logged in again, when in the Directory clicking the login button does nothing.
I have tried this in both IE and Chrome and its the same problem

You need to go to the Beoir homepage and log in on the right hand side. That's what works for me anyway.
