I've no access to the members forums after updating my subscription. I'm not sure who to contact but can someone look into it

Sorry about that -- the membership engine doesn't always synchronise with the forum. That should be you sorted now, if you check.

Hi! I can't see why that would be happening. Can you log out of Beoir, go to the homepage and log in there then click through to the forum and see if that works. Let me know how you get on.
