If not it's certainly a great idea that I'm happy to take full credit for stealing off the glaswegians.

silenus Offline Posts: 1249	There's a course off Mountjoy Square that deals in set up and hospitality and general accountancy.It has a working bar, coldroom and a shed load of products for training. Baileys have a training bar out in their Nangor road building, mainly for cocktails.
