This is just mindnumbing.

Without even taking craft beer into account, almost all of these places are pretentious yuppie bars without soul or character. OK I have not been to most of them but still.

And how is Café en Seine number 38 of the top 100 bars in the world?

The number 1 in Dublin is Balzac... does the name intentionally sound like "ball sack" I wonder. I never heard of it til now.

Out of the Dublin list I would only go to Solas, at a push!

Terrible list, its hardly a list of best bars is it, best for what?, being pretentious, skinny jeans, wearing scarfs inside ...... <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

These are bars for 'frou-frou drinks', not real-men (and women) bars.

i think the list is what id expect, it is a site for "bars" not pubs! It about trendy bars. I think they are pretty clear what they are all about

The Exchequer is on the list and that's about the only one I might consider. That said, I have never been in it, just know it has some Irish Craft Beer and apparently good food. Looks nice when looking in the window as well.
