Tried it last night, didn't like it at all. The taste of alcohol was too overpowering.
Think I'll be sticking to sub 5% beers in future.

jury is still out for me on the christmas ale right now!! Just after having a bottle and not overly sure what i thought of it...might have another bottle later after i have 40 winks and amnt feeling so tired!! Wish they didnt use clear bottles for their beer either!!

Had a bottle last night (thanks Rebel). Must say I was disappointed too. I have no objection at all to high alcohol levels in beers but could not really taste much more thern that. A pity as I was looking forward to trying it (whilst watching the Apprentice!!)

I like the way they keep it in clear bottles too. Really allows you to appreciate the colour, and you can make an informed choice unlike with those other beers packaged in dour brown bottles where it's a mystery what sort of colour and clarity you're going to get.

All beer should come in proper clear bottles I say.
