Sierra Nevada India 2007 19 years 1 week ago #1

I was in Muddy Mahers in Kinsale Saturday night, they had an unusal stock of bottled beer. It was late in the night so I cant rember the names of most of the beer, I havent seen them before. But I came across I.P.A from Sierra Nevada abv 6.9%. Niece beer. I have not seen this beer before 2007 special.

Its one of their speciality beers that will supposable change, its nice traditional English style IPA, funnily enough more traditional that a lot of IPA brewed in England to day. But it dose not have those big citrus hop associated with American IPA’s

I like it a lot and think that in some respects they have done a better job at an English style IPA than many you get in England.

As the guys said you can also get the IPA. I had a bottle of their Bigfoot Barleywine over the weekend. It was a bit too strong for me I think. Warming is one description I'd use for it...
