Thanks for sorting me out tonight geoff, it's going to be a pity to be just looking at them... I'm looking forward to it being drinking time! I think I'll go with one a year but I'm not sure when to start... Now? I might sit it out for a couple of weeks!

Collected my brick today. Had one bottle together with a Passchendaele cheese and watching a movie about the Lion of Flanders......the absolute brilliance of Westvleteren, its dark sweetness, its hoppiness and its deep, dark flavour.....

Right - not reading the 10 pages - takin a stab in the dark this is the trapping monks beer right? Well ..... world wide wines offie have a batch coming in in waterford next Monday
