I'll be visiting Killarney Brewing in Feb while there for a meeting with the INEC people about our beer festival in June.

Dagda is the proposed name of Cooneys place in Drogheda. 30hl Kaspar Shultz kit and a distillery. Planned launch beers are an american style red and hoppy pilsner.
Cuilan of White Gypsy is head consultant with an ex-Fosters microbiologist also in tow, not sure what they'll do for a brewer in the long term.
Contract bottling and canning will be offered and they will be brewing WG Ruby & seasonals.
