No, the recipe has definitely changed. I thought last years had too much of a spice kick to it- this year's is a lot mellower...

I have a few of last years put away so a will do a side by side when i pick up this years.

yeah defo thought that but i havent had the chance to have a bottle this year. I wonder were they forced to change the recipe or did they go mellower to get more people to like it, surprised though as everyone seemed to love it last year
prob grab dungarvans coffee and outmeal stout and splash out on francican well's whiskey aged stout if i see them before xmas. but i saw drinkstore have some past date porterhouse going cheap, 24 for €20 so might slum it with them
