Just checked the cellar (shed) and I've got a couple of Imperial Stouts (White Gypsy and Nogne). I've also got a bottle of "Bitch Please" - the barleywine collaboration between Three Floyds and Brewdog.

I've been saving a few Belgians for the Chrsitmas period, including a Cantillon Geuze. (I know zippo about Belgian beer so this will be a discovery.)

The key to good Captain Morgan's egg nog is hunting down and catching a nice fresh WILD nog between 2-3 years old. Refrigerate at lagering temperatures for 2 days (dont forget to feed it) before squeezing and pressing. Add rum and drink.

Apparently The Waen Brewery barroom is open on christmas day, so I'll be nipping out there (Wales, home for christmas). Either their Blackberry Stout or <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="t.co/hU8cwS55">t.co/hU8cwS55 , which apparently has chocolate in it! And no, I don't work for them, damnit!
