Afternoon lads. I'm here to help get this over the line.
Style (Yes we can do interesting, but John has a point and we have some exceptional hops available)
ABV (I'm easy)
Malts (we use Castle, Best & Weyermann)
Hops (would it be better for me to list what I have?)
Yeast (I just need 2 weeks notice to either purchase or build up the desired strain. No bacterial strains in the new place yet though)

18th February wont be a runner I'm afraid. I'll be in Belgium, week after that we are brewing with Boundary. 4th/11th March could be a runner?

The 4th is the National Homebrew Competition, so I guess we are aiming for the 11th- It's Paddy's weekend the week after that.

Don't think I'd be able to do the 11th. What about 5th?

I think Declan's in Cork this weekend, we can all have a chat about it then...

Actually March 11th can in fact suit me just fine. The course I was planning can be done in May.
