It's a collaboration brew. Basically we agree a recipe and those who are available head to said brewery on the day and help brew the beer. We have a good day out and the brewery releases the beer like any other except it's branded as a Beoir# collaboration. We then promote the crap out of it and people go in search of the beer.

Both previous collaborations were brilliant beers and everyone loved them.

On this- I'll have a date for us on Tuesday. It's looking like mid June. On top of us, had a couple of conversations with brewers last night and people are itching to collab with us. I was thinking Beoir#4 is going to be a Christmas beer- so think dark and boozy...

Yeah St Mel's wanted to do it. We talked about it at Killarney last year. We were talking about something using their local Longford bilberries but that's dependent on bilberry picking season I suppose.
